The Basketball Film: A Cultural and Transmedia History (forthcoming from Rutgers University Press) is part of the “Screening Sports” series edited by Lester Friedman (Hobart and William Smith Colleges) and Aaron Baker (Arizona State University). The Basketball Film draws on my expertise in sports films to focus on the interplay of basketball, media, and culture.
